The laminate used is a breathable, three-layer waterproof material that provides reliable protection from rain and wind while at the same time preventing overheating. No loops are used in this system, which allows air to circulate freely in the space between the head and the hood. In this way you stay pleasantly cool and at the same time you can hear all the noises around you loud and clear.
The air/pac inserts built into the shoulders not only have an insulating effect, they also ensure that the weight of a backpack or plate carrier is evenly distributed over your shoulders and upper back area.
